The Fourth CUPL Postgrad Games was opened in the basketball court of Xueyuanlu Campus on the morning of 30 Oct, 2022, and the student delegation of the College took an active part in individual and group games.

The opening ceremony of the Games was presided over by Jia Haixiang, Director of the university's Physical Education Department. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice President Feng Shiyong, called on students and teachers to do more physical exercise to build a healthy body and wished the games a complete success. Later, Chair of the University Council Hu Ming declared the Games open.

Despite the cold weather in late autumn, the enthusiasm of the students was undiminished. They fought bravely and tenaciously on the field.

The morning competition was mainly individual events, including single jump and double jump of rope skipping, plank, shuttlecock kicking and standing long jump. Student Xu Ying, Chen Du, Liu Jing, Lian Weiqian, Dong Nan, Yang Rui, Xie Yinghao, Shen Baolin, Wang Zhexing, Cang Qiong, Xu Zhe, Geng Chang, Tang Haonan, Li Jingxuan and Wu Zhiyu participated in the individual competition. They tried their best in the games, showing the unique style of the College’s athletes. In the women's standing long jump, Chen du students won the seventh.

The collective one-legged jumping relay, the collective rope skipping and the collective tug-of-war was held in the afternoon. No doubt the tug-of-war got the most attention. Sixteen students from the College, including Wang Zhexing and Guo Xiaoran, took part in the competition. In the first round, facing the International Confusion Academy team, the students worked together and qualified for the quarterfinals with an easy 2:0. After a short break, their second opponent was the strong International Law School team. After a whistle, with the cheerleading enthusiasm of the shouting cheers, the students did their best, but eventually lost, missing the chance for the final three. In the final round, they pulled themselves together and achieved a hard-won victory over the fifth and sixth.
