The Sino-German Law Institute of the College of Comparative Law and the Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH andjointly organized the first German Law Case Study Summer Program last summer. Based on this cooperation foundation, the College will continute to work with the GIZ and co-host the second German Law Case Study Summer Program this summer.

The program will invite scholars expertizing in German civil and commercial law, constitutional administrative law and criminal law to teach for the students, who are selected from CUPL and other famous law schools.

The German and Chinese scholars will co-teach in class, and the Chinese teachers will also be the interpreter.
