The results of the University's first Public Welfare Programme Collection Contest, entitled 'Volunteer at CUPL', was announced this week, and all three teams from the College were shortlisted and won prizes.
Among them, under the guidance of Student Tutor He Jiangsui, the Chen Qishan student team's programme 'Life Graduation Photo--Old Memory, Freeze Beauty' won the first prize of the competition; moreover, the Wang Yefan student team's 'Starlight into the Sea, Lighting the Future', directed by Student Tutor of the College Yang Mingquan, and Duan Xuanyu student team's 'CUPL Haidian Campus Tampon Mutual Help Box', directed by Student Tutor Liu Xiaonan, both won the second prize.
The first Public Welfare Programme Collection Contest aimed to promote the development of charitable cause and provide an open, fair and just platform for all faculty and students of the university who are interested in charity. In the future, the teachers and students of the College would continue to play their important role in the implementation of the concept of public welfare and to carry forward their dedication to public welfare.
