At the invitation of the Fourth Court of Civil Trial of Supreme People's Court, 10 students from the College of Comparative Law attended its public trial in No. 3 Courtroom on the morning of 11 June, 2015.

The three and half hour long court proceedings were divided into three stages: courtroom investigation, cross examination, and forensic argument. The controversial issues included whether the nature of legal relationship in this case should be investment or share transfer, whether the claims were subject to the limitation of action, and whether first instance's ruling on jurisdiction dispute was appropriate. The collegial panel paid attention to both parties' opinions and processed all points of contention.

Under the solemn atmosphere in the courtroom, the students gained first-hand observation as well as intuitive grasp of judge and lawyer's profession.
