Beijing Law Society organized selection activities for the First Capital Law Outstanding Achievement Award lately, 34 award-winning works were published this month. 19 pieces won an award in paper category, 3 of them won the first prize, 6 of them won the second and the rest 10 won the third. In works category, 15 pieces were awarded, 1 piece was presented the grand prize, 1 of them won the first prize, 5 won the second and the rest 8 won the third prize.
During the evaluation, 4 pieces of works recommended by College of Comparative Law as well as the host of Beijing Comparative Law Society all won an award. Prof. Wang Jun, from University of International Business and Economies, won the second prize in works category for his work Comparative Studies on the Tort Liability System; Associate Prof. Chen Xinyu from Tsinghua University, Associate Prof. Luo Zhimin and Associate Prof. Bai Sheng from China University of Political Science and Law won the third prize in paper category for their works Distinction of Comparison and Analogy Quality, Thinking of the Ombudsman System and Exploration on Pan Handian's Legal Thoughts.
